Progressive decline in pulmonary function can be unveiled by shortness of breath and lower physical ability, decreased life quality among COPD. This study aimed to investigate the effects Upper Limb Exercise with Respiratory Muscle Stretch Gymnastics for lung COPD patients. A quasi-experiment design (pre-post test control group design). 50 respondents participated, divided into two groups at Airlangga Hospital Bangil Regency Hospital, Indonesia, consecutive sampling. Data were collected a spirometry using Assessment Test (CAT), subsequently was analyzed employing aired T-test MANOVA test. Treatments given three times week month. The outcome showed that treatment increased FEV1 value before after 0.000 (p<0.05), but otherwise. There values 0.011 (p<0.05). improve patients complement pharmacological therapy.
